1. License Grant

Upon purchase, INDIA DRONE FOOTAGE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased footage as specified in your chosen license tier (Standard or Professional).

2. Non-Exclusive Rights

All footage is licensed on a non-exclusive basis. The same footage may be licensed to multiple buyers. For exclusive rights, contact us for a custom arrangement.

3. Standard License Permitted Uses

YouTube, Vimeo, social media, websites, apps, corporate presentations, internal use and digital advertising with unlimited online views.

4. Professional License Permitted Uses

All Standard uses plus TV broadcast, OTT platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar etc.), cinema, films, national advertising campaigns and physical distribution.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the raw footage files to third parties. You may not claim ownership or copyright of the footage.

6. Delivery

After successful payment, a Google Drive download link will be delivered to your registered email. Download links are active for 30 days.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once a download link has been accessed. Technical issues will be resolved with a free replacement.

8. Copyright

All footage remains the intellectual property of Kishan Rahul / INDIA DRONE FOOTAGE. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership.

9. Attribution
